Problem
A large produce cutting and packaging firm is relocating their headquarters to a larger, state of the art facility. Designing the right product for the cutting room floor was a major concern. The Processing room would be held at a low temperature, is constantly wet, and would be subject to constant fork truck traffic.
Solution
After evaluating the day to day process of operations, the decision was made to use a urethane mortar flooring system. Urethane mortar flooring is moisture tolerant, thermal shock resistant, and can be applied in cold temperatures. DUREX installed over 30,000 SF of this product in less than 10 working days.
