Kevin began his career with Durex in 2002, working primarily in the Maryland Division on the Project Management team.  Kevin became the Division Manager of the Maryland office in 2005 and was named President of Durex Coverings in 2014.  Kevin has a Bachelor’s degree from Juniata College and a Graduate degree in business from Towson University.

Kevin’s involvement with youth sports takes up most of his time outside the office.  Kevin is the head coach of a local basketball team and an assistant coach on the football team. His son and two daughters all participate in sports and share his passion to play competitively. Kevin, his wife and three children reside in Northern Baltimore County.

Eric worked as a field technician for Durex during his summers while attending Cabrini University in King of Prussia, PA.  After joining Durex full time as a Project Manager in 2007, his focus quickly shifted to operations.  In 2009 he was promoted to Operations Manager for the Maryland Division.  In 2021 Eric was appointed Division VP, where his 10+ year background in Operations complements his current focus on new project development.

Outside of the office Eric spends time with his wife and two daughters.  Typical family activities include lacrosse, gymnastics, dance recitals, picnicking, trout fishing, and traveling as much as possible.

Bryan worked as a field technician for Durex’s Maryland office in the summers throughout high school and college. After graduating with a degree in Chemistry & MB3 from Towson University, Bryan began his professional career in the chemical research industry.

Bryan joined the Durex team full-time in 2011, spending most of his time in Project Management. In 2014 Bryan was promoted to Division Vice President in Durex’s Pennsylvania office.

Bryan is an avid outdoorsman and golfer. With a wife and three young children, free time doesn’t come around often but when it does Bryan looks forward to his next tee time or trip to the woods or lake.

Wayne began his career with Durex in 2000.  Hired as a junior floor tech, Wayne quickly developed into a member of Durex’s field leadership team.  In 2020 Wayne was promoted to Project Superintendent, managing field operations on multiple projects while also maintaining a field presence on his own project.  In 2022 Wayne was promoted to Operations Manager for the Maryland Division.

Wayne likes to spend time camping and in the outdoors.  Outside the office, he finds happiness in a world without screens, where he can spend quality time with friends and family.

Chris joined the Durex team in 1998 as a field technician.  After spending a few years learning the business and observing techniques from a well-established workforce, Chris ascended to a field leadership role in our company.  In 2012 Chris was promoted to field superintendent where he managed the day to day field activities for all projects in the Pennsylvania Division.  Chris was again promoted to Operations Manager in 2020, where he oversees all field superintendents as well as managing all aspects of the Pennsylvania Division’s operations.

Outside the office Chris spent many years coaching baseball, participating in practices and watching games.  Chris, his wife and two sons enjoy family beach vacations and going to Phillies games.  An avid golfer, Chris appreciates time outdoors on the course with friends and family.

Dan has been in the resinous flooring industry for most of his professional career.  Working in his family business since the mid 1990’s, Dan developed a combination of technical expertise and project management skills.  His intricate knowledge of the business was earned through hands on field experience.

Joining Durex in 2014, Dan leads high pressured, fast paced construction projects while maintaining his core values of quality workmanship & customer satisfaction. In 2022, Dan was the premier Sales/PM in the company, a testament to his hard work and industry knowledge.

In his free time Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. Weekends are typically spent on the sideline at a sporting event, a family dinner & restocking the house to be invaded by his teenagers & their friends.

Kevin began his career with Durex as a field technician, working part time in 2008.  His firsthand field experience is extremely valuable to his customers, who depend on accurate information.  In 2018 Kevin joined the Durex team full time as a part of the sales and project management group in our Lancaster, PA office.

Kevin is a golf enthusiast and loves the outdoors. If he is not on the golf course, then he can be found on his favorite hiking trails with his wife and child.

Megan recently joined Durex in early 2022.  With a degree in Business and Finance and experience in general accounting, she was a great fit to lead the accounting team at Durex and manage the overall financial health of the business.  Megan brings a fresh approach to the management team.

With 50+ direct employees (and growing!) Megan also has her hands full as Durex’s HR Manager and is our administrator for employee health care, 401K, etc.

Outside of the office Megan enjoys her time in nature.  She appreciates the tranquility of the outdoors, where she can be found camping or enjoying a good book with her husband, two children and a variety of 4-legged friends.

The Granddaughter of the original founder and the daughter of a past partner, Brooke has heard discussions about Durex at the dinner table since she was very young.    After spending a decade in the mortgage industry, Brooke found her way back to Durex in 2009, initially working as part of the accounting staff.  Her lifetime knowledge of the business was an asset for Durex.  She was quickly promoted to project assistant while also maintaining her work in Accounts Payable.   Brooke is currently involved with all Durex projects for all offices.

Brooke is a beach girl.  She spends time outside of the office with friends and family traveling to the next warm destination.  Off the beach Brooke volunteers her time as Treasurer for the Warwick Youth Football program.

Kristi joined the Durex team in 2019 as the person responsible for Accounts Receivable. As the business has grown, so has Kristi’s workload as she is now responsible for all AR, Invoicing, and Change Order management for both the Maryland and Pennsylvania Divisions.

Kristi’s life outside of work is BUSY!  She and her husband spend a great deal of time on the sidelines watching their five children play sports – mainly soccer and volleyball.  Kristi is also involved with her church, where she serves as a youth leader.  When she is able to find personal time, Kristi enjoys reading and playing the piano.

Pai joined the Durex team in 2018 as part of the accounting team.  Currently, Pai is responsible for processing Durex’s payroll.  With over 50+ direct employees, (and growing!) processing payroll in-house is a complex and important task.

When she is not in the office, Pai enjoys reading, crafting and spending time with her two cats – Peanut and Tigger.  Pai has the ambitious and unique goal of traveling to all 50 states and 7 continents in her lifetime.
